How To Get The Most Out of Your Coaching Experience
Make it a priority to be on every call in the beginning. Then set a goal for yourself for how many calls you will attend once you get going.
Come to calls with your questions ready.
PARTICIPATE! Especially when you feel stuck.
Stay accountable to the goals you create for yourself, and make sure to ask for support when you need it.
Share your successes and challenges with the group- your experiences can help others.
Follow up on action items or homework given during coaching sessions

MAKE A COMMITMENT TO:
Showing up with an open heart and mind to this work. Be open to trying new approaches, even if they feel uncomfortable at first .
Knowing that the inner work can sometimes be uncomfortable but going through it is how you create a new future. These are growing pains!
Embrace that you don't have to go on this journey alone. Lean on the group. Post in the app for support, show up to a call, etc. When you're down, then double down on support.
Take responsibility for your results and look at every experience with curiosity instead of criticism.
Take aligned action even when you're afraid.
Remain open to feedback from both the program leader and your fellow cohort members, using it as an opportunity for growth.
Be patient with the process and trust in the long-term benefits of holistic land stewardship, even when immediate results aren't visible.
